16. How do I register for a virtual race?

    • Visit the “Events” tab, select the virtual race you want to join, and click “Register.” Once you complete the race, upload your run to receive your digital or physical finisher’s medal.

17. Can I get a refund if I can’t participate in an event?

    • Refund policies vary depending on the event. Check the event details for specific refund information or contact support if you have questions.

18. How can I view my race results and progress?

    • You can see race results under the “My Events” section. For each event, we also track your progress and provide a history of your performance.

19. What should I bring to an in-person race?

    • Essentials include your race bib, ID, hydration, running gear, and any personal items you may need (snacks, sunscreen, etc.).
